Successful Implementation of the Telesoft OKEFORD 5500 Media Platform

We recently completed a large migration project for one of our market leading legacy products the OKEFORD 2450 IVR, working with a Tier 1 Service Provider and one of the biggest System Integrators to migrate all of the revenue generating services provided by the OKEFORD 2450 IVR, to our latest iteration, the OKEFORD 5500 Media Platform. Working across two sites, we sent Telesoft support staff to install and commission the systems.

We recently completed a large migration project for one of our market leading legacy products the OKEFORD 2450 IVR, working with a Tier 1 Service Provider and one of the biggest System Integrators to migrate all of the revenue generating services provided by the OKEFORD 2450 IVR, to our latest iteration, the OKEFORD 5500 Media Platform. Working across two sites, we sent Telesoft support staff to install and commission the systems.


After each system was installed, integration and acceptance testing was performed and any integration issues were addressed quickly and efficiently by our on-site staff. As part of the OKEFORD 5500 Media Platform package we provided, we also scheduled 3 days of in-depth training to be held on site. This is an incredibly important part of our solution, because we understand that to deliver a fast and successful product launch, having the right infrastructure in place is critical.


Training customers to properly manage our products is something we take great care in, our products such as the OKEFORD 5500 Media Platform have intelligent features and user friendly interfaces, making this process straightforward. For this project, the training took place on site in the US and was also given remotely to staff in India, all aspects of the training were given by our most knowledgeable representatives. The final stage of the process was to go-live, our approach is built upon the best practices gained from decades of successful implementations, allowing our customers to achieve their objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible.


We supported the first go-live process locally on site in the US and then the second go-live a few days later remotely from the UK. One of our key goals is to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, we achieve this by creating a strong framework before leaving site. The migration proceeded smoothly and without issue, and was another successful example of how Telesoft works together as a team with our customer to integrate, manage and execute a product launch.
