The Arne IVR is a complete, integrated turnkey solution that provides 240 channels for media processing applications. It can be deployed within 30 minutes of installation, significantly reducing time-to-market and OPEX. Additional capacity can be added by “racking and stacking” further units. It can grow from an entry-level 240 channel system to support high density configurations of more than 2000. It uses Telesoft Technologies’ field-proven ISUP and ISDN interfaces to enable trouble-free integration of IVR applications to fixed, cellular and next-generation networks ensuring new services get to market quickly.

VoiceXML for rapid development

The Arne IVR includes an integrated interpreter that runs applications written in VoiceXML and call control XML (CCXML). VoiceXML and CCXML allow the rapid development, deployment and modification of voice, music and video applications.

The ARNE IVR also supports text-to-speech (TTS) and automated speech recognition (ASR) via a standard MRCP interface.
