The Arne 3G Rel 4 IVR solution can scale to more than 2000 media processing channels in a single 1U chassis, providing exceptional density and performance. It uses Telesoft Technologies’ field-proven ISUP and BICC interfaces to enable trouble-free integration of IVR applications to fixed, cellular and next-generation networks ensuring new services get to market quickly. SIP connectivity is also available, ensuring the Arne IVR can be deployed in any network.

VoiceXML for rapid application deployment

The Arne 3G Rel 4 IVR solution supports fully compliant and field-proven VoiceXML and Call Control XML (CCXML) interfaces. VoiceXML and CCXML promote rapid application development and deployment and support portability between compliant platforms.

MRCP is also supported, enabling text-to-speech (TTS) and automated speech recognition (ASR) capabilities to be included in applications.
