Eos/ PoS monitoring access gateway

Arne-IVR-angled-lights 72dpi smallThe Telesoft Monitoring Access Gateway provides monitoring systems with access to Packet over SONET,  Ethernet over SONET and ATM networks through standard Gb Ethernet.

The system provides optical interfaces; SDH/SONET framing/multiplexing (STM-1c,/4c/16c/64c [OC-3c/12c/48c/192c] and integrated FPGA based packet processing.

Integrated filtering capabilities

Optional integrated filtering capabilities (n-tuple, text matching, protocol classification) may be used to reduce the load on the monitoring application and accelerate deep packet inspection of monitored content.

The Monitoring Access Gateway monitors optical based SDH/SONET networks, discovers the framing format (GFP, ATM, PPP, HDLC), extracts packets and forwards these for addititional processing over Gb Ethernet.
