At Telesoft Technologies we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products, services and solutions in order to meet and exceed their business goals and expectations.
By achieving this goal, we can attract and retain customers, reduce time to market and lower costs. This results in our ability to maintain and expand our market leadership position as the first choice of media, monitoring and signaling platform provider on which to build their end applications.
We use the external audit process within ISO9001 to ensure a solid quality foundation, while using customer feedback and business review teams to continually drive improvements in our design and production processes. We are an ISO 9001 and TickIT registered company and have been an ISO9000 approved organisation since 1995.
Our quality management system is structured to ensure that all the processes involved in our hardware design, software design, manufacture, supply and support comply with the needs of our business and the expectations of our customers.
The continuous program of assessment within ISO9001 allows us to regularly look afresh at what we do and improve processes throughout our organization. The regular re-certification in September 2007 has added to our own belief in the on-line quality management system we operate and the products and services we supply.
Quality is an integral part of Telesoft Technologies' values. We are committed to putting our customers' needs first and producing the best possible results, through innovation, collaboration, excellence and accountability.
Telesoft Technologies strives to minimize the environmental impact of its operations, protecting the planet for generations to come. From small, everyday steps such as turning off the lights and air conditioning when we don't need them, to large initiatives such as compliance with the European Union (EU) directive for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), we recognize the need to play our part in environmental management seriously.
The EU RoHS directive restricts the use of hazardous substances such as lead and mercury that we now know harm the environment. Today's products are fully compliant with this directive ensuring we minimize our footprint in environmental terms, preserving the planet's resources for future generations.
Please see the RoHS Information Sheet for further details.
We also comply with the EU directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This directive helps to ensure that electrical equipment is properly disposed of, recycling or re-using products and components where possible. Today every product is delivered, if appropriate, with the WEEE (crossed-out wheelie bin) symbol and information on how to dispose of it. It is all part of our drive to look after today's world for tomorrow's generation.
