Our graduate training scheme is designed to welcome recent graduates into the company. Using a combination of training methods including technical skills training, product overviews, department rotation, on-the-job training and personal mentoring sessions, we can help you to develop and shape your career within the telecommunications industry. Our gradate training scheme has been a huge success with recent participants and we hope to welcome many more new graduates on to the scheme in the future.
Our highly successful graduate training scheme also allows us to provide year placement students with an excellent level of training and development opportunities. Some university placements are offered a sponsorship during their final year of study where they are invited to return to work for us upon successful completion of their degree.
We also work with schools, colleges and individuals in the local area to provide paid and unpaid work experience and summer placement opportunities.
